Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1st July, 2025
- Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team at sales@kleenkarewellness.com.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return (if applicable).
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for eligible returns or cancelled orders (before dispatch).
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days after verification.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging within 2 days of delivery.
- Some products (e.g., perishable goods, customized items) are not eligible for return or refund.
- You must provide proof of purchase and reason for return/refund request.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at sales@kleenkarewellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- For eligible returns, we may cover the reverse shipping cost depending on the reason.
